It's Sunday so I can't phone this gripe in till tomorrow, but this will alert you to what looks like an ordering problem.

I tried to order a catalytic converter today and all went well (including the 10% "Junebug" discount). But then I was stopped from checking out by a demand that I first select a "Shipping Option", with only 3 choices: 2 USPS Priority Mail and 1 USPS Express Mail. [That's not "shipping". Those are "mail" choices.]

Hello? I'm ordering a piece of exhaust equipment, typically a UPS or Fed Ex article, not something for the USPS.

For the hell of it (steam rising now), and having no alternative, I "selected" USPS Priority Mail ($18.00) so I could move on. Sure enough, $18.00 was tacked onto my $112.22 total (supposedly free shipping over $99 this month???).

That's where I stopped, pissed off, and close to "postal".
I'll be on the phone tomorrow.
