Just picked up an 85 740 turbo with with 4spd/OD...Got it running after changing all vacuum lines and basic maintainence....Problem....Runs strong in neutral...revs high and smiith..but on the road, dogs up at 3000 and wants to quit....It has a noisy fuel pump (not tank)...since these are not too cheap, should it be changed.....car has sat for two years....135000 miles.....suggestions?
