Turn indicators dead and cruise control but brake lights work 200 1993

Coming to work this morning, halfway there the turn indicators stopped working. These are the facts I was able to discerne at the work parking lot:

The brake lights work, the emergency flashers work, all bulbs involved are functional in these areas.

Since I have been trying to trace my cruse control not working, is it possible the switch is bad? The cruise has been out for months, but the turn lights just died today.

Where to start looking. I though bulb failure relay, but the brake lights function????
