Brendan,

Can you tell me who best to call? I'd like to avoid having to start cold with someone and have to go all thru this issue from the start.

Belatedly, I did email info@fcpgroton this morning, with a copy of my post to you above. But that was at 8:26AM, and no response so far. It's now 11:27AM. Being ignored for 3 hours doesn't cheer me up a lot.

If you are on site there, can you familiarize someone with my complaint and have their name and extension emailed to me? Maybe as a response to my email where 3 hours ago I asked how to proceed with my order?
