Is this an R12 or R134a fill valve? 700 1990

I am trying to figure if my recently acquired 740 has been converted yet. The accumulator has a tag the says it is good for R12 or R134a. A local guy was not familiar with the fitting. This is the high side fill valve - black volvo cap removed. The low side fitting on the accumulator has internal and external threads but no R134a quick connect adapter installed. The accumulator "looks" the same as the on in the volvo kit. Probably after market if it was converted...
