Advice on stripped bolt removal... 200 1989

I recently began a major suspension project on my wagon. While removing the dust plate behind my rotor, one of the bolts became very stubborn and I'm afraid I may have lost my patience. Now the head of the bolt is stripped! The other 2 came off with penetrating spray and some elbow grease. I've doused it with penetrating spray and shall let it sit overnight. Any other suggestions???
