What is the best tire size for a 1985 245 turbo wagon m46 200 1985

I need to put tires on the above mentioned car. I see that the car came originaly with 195/60/15 not 205/65/15. Which size should I go with. The car has IPD 25/25 bars. I also have a 1992 745 turbo and it originally came with the 195/60/15 tire size, where as my friends 1994 945 turbo came with 205/65/15 Same car as far as I can tell what gives?
