240 Long crank time. engine stalls when accelerating 200 1993

'93 240 wagon has a hard time starting.(cold and warm) cranks for a long time then finally starts. (usually takes 3-4 times until the engine fires up)
also, the engine stalls when I accelerate. say when I come to a stop sign I stop, then start to go again the engine sputters and stalls. This happens in drive and reverse.

I have new spark plugs, wires, rotor, fuel pump relay. I have had the throttle body cleaned and the crank position sensor changed.

any suggestions on what else I should try would be awesome.
