960 steering vibration at at standstill turn 900 1992

Hey guys, I picked up a showroom condition 960 with a burned valve and it is great. After the valve job, I drove it from Colorado to Carolina Beach and it is a cruiser!

Only one problem, the power steering has a vibration in it at very slow speeds or under turning pressure in a parking situation. The sound is more of a groan or pulse, and the original owner just had the dealer put a rack in it.

Any ideas. The car has only 95K on it so I don't expect too many issues.

By the way, the beach was great with 82 degree waters and nice views in all directions ;}
