1990 744GL Dash Lights 700 1990

On my 1990 744GL (Regina/REX) I have no dash lights, or interior lights of and sort (radio, control panel, instrument cluster). All of the idiot lights work, the dome light works, and all the exterior lights work. Any clue what could be causing this condition? It is getting really annoying to use my cell phone to light the dash to see my speed at night and I need some way to fix this problem. Any input would be great.
