After years of 240's, and 740's with the plastic rectangular headlights, I now have a 940 turbo with the almost square glass lens headlight with foglight next to it. The light intensity from both sides is nowhere near what the other cars have been on either low or high beam, and the 740 lights (also used on some 940's) had a not-so-good reputation although I never thought they were that bad. These however are that bad. I long for the days of 7" round with a set of Carello's... damn those were good.
I have not yet taken a voltmeter to them but will shortly. I also have a bag of spare bulbs but don't expect any real difference. But any comments? Do others think they're ok/good/not-so-hot? Any rec's on bulbs?
