Spare Tire Replacement 700 1990

I discovered the spare tire in my recently acquired 90 740 wagon is no good. The tire is shredded and the rim is bent.

The "special" spare is 15 in and the regular wheels are the 16 hydra wheels.

Since this is a spare, I would like to find something cheap at the local pick and pull. What do I look for? Is the "special" spare that special? I have a wagon with the third seat and would prefer a flush fit.
