Also posted this in for sale/wanted, but in case you don't look there and are interested. I acquired the car for the transmission, no place to keep it.

Parting out 1970 164. Most parts still available except transmission. ZS carbs may need rebuild, have repair kit. IPD sway bars, KYB shocks, crack free dash. email me with requests and offers. Car will be gone soon. b4_ford [at] comcast.net
