lower front control arm rear bushing- L or R ?? 200

I am in the process of changing my lower control arm bushings on my 88 244. I ordered 2 front and 2 rear bushings, only to now see that they are specified right or left. My 2 rights look completely symmetric, is there a difference? I also am guessing that the final tightening occurs with the wheels on the ground? Thanks for any advice here. Paul.
