So I've been fighting this rough idling problem for sometime now, and some new codes have started to pop up that will hopefully point me in the right direction.

I recently pulled the codes and got 2-2-1 and 2-3-1 (which oddly enough have the exact same description in the manual - Fuel trim (lambda control) too lean or too rich at part load.

Anyway, I reset the codes, turn off the car, and restart. The CEL immediately trips and the same two codes pop up. How can this car set a fuel trim code for part load when the engine is idling and never leaving park?

Im thinking I either have a wonky ECU or something is telling the car its under load when its actually at idle.
