I have never bought a new head bolt for a Volvo red block of any designation. Volvo allows the head bolts to be reused ( the small hex flange head type) five times or until signs of stretching (whatever that will look like). They are not the typical "torque to yield" type bolt, which cannot be reused at all.
Save your money and install the original bolts. It will probably be their second tightening, and they will work just fine.
