It seems to have something do with the little rollers and hairpin spring on the bottom door hinge. I’ve seen several posts for fixes that run the gamut from a little lube and anti seize compound to replacing the hinge. So far cleaning and grease have mininal effect.

What causes the click and what is the most popular corrective procedure?
