All idiots lights on (except oil) on Volvo 240 turbo 1983 200 1983

Hi,
yesturday when I drive my volvo all lights on the panel goes on (turbo, battery, brake failure) except the oil light. On the night I inspect the connections comming from the alternator and I disconnect the thin cable (R) and the lights turn off.

What happen? any Idea?
