Overdrive not engaging 120-130

The O/D rebuilder that I brought it to has a pretty nice set up, he has a bellhousing on an engine stand that you bolt the transmission to and then he has a large electric motor that drives the damper that the transmission splines go in through. He also has an oil pressure gauge that he can attach to the O/D to get readings. Sweet!

Found a picture of the set up - it is this exact set up



In any case the solenoid is getting power since you can hear it clicking but the unit doesn't engage and the oil pressure does not change. I'm, hoping it is just the screens needing to be cleaned etc.... (but realistically am trying to brace myself for worse news...)
