Valve Clearances 200 1983

Hey All,
Have a '83 240 with B23E engine, converted to run on AutoGas.
Has had the same problem for the 3 years i've owned it - Runs absolutely beautifully except at idle, where it develops a rythmic rocking.
All electrics are fine, no vacuum leaks and fuel mixture is perfect. I've been ignoring the problem and decided today to do something about it. Measured valve clearances to be at least (from front to back)

1 .356mm
2 .381mm
3 .356mm
4 .432mm
5 .305mm
6 .356mm
7 .279mm
8 .330mm
(my feeler gauges are in .025mm increments so each clearance could be up to .025mm higher)

5,7 and 8 are at the bottom end of the volvo spec (.35-.45mm)

Is this enough to warrant shimming all the valves? I only ask because it looks like it will cost me around $50 US to get the parts, and i only really want to spend the money on essential maintenance

Thanks
-Josh
