Overdrive not engaging 120-130

Hello,

There are a couple of areas that can be addressed with the O/D still attached that can cause an in/op O/D.

However, if the transmission is still out of the car, I would seriously consider removing the overdrive and doing a thorough rebuild.

Although it costs more, I only use the orings and seals provided by Volvo.

I have had trouble with some of the kits out there, mostly with some of the orings.
