oil, oil everywhere - or how much should I bother with them? 900 1993

My 1993 965 has approximately three leaks. One is from the front of the engine, seemingly right under the timing belt cover.

the second leak seems to be from either the pan gasket or close in proximity.

the third leak is transmission fluid leaking from somewhere around the trans pan or the fill tube or....? I really don't know. i have put on a new splash pan to minimize the blowback from these leaks and it seems to be working reasonably well.

the last leak is the one that concerns me most, as it hits the catalytic and burns off, creating a nasty smell after long drives. i also don't want to lose much of fluid for obvious reasons. if left overnight, the diameter of the trans fluid leak is about 4"

priority? worry about or keep driving? car has 239,000 miles.
