touch up paint silver 130-1 200

I needed some help or advice for a some touch up work i need to do on my 87 245. it's got the color code 130-1 which i guess is silver and the -1 meaning lighter colored. My thought was to get duplicolor ultra silver which eyeballing it with the cap and a good size flake of paint that fell off seemed to match. I pretty much need to touch up the top side of the driver side fender. The clear coat has been weathered and i tried to sand it lightly but it's basically down to the paint and the primer. would the dealer have this color? for like a small aerosol can?
