M40/M41 Swap 140-160 1973

I agree with the others. I've yet to see the output flanges interchangeable between M40 & M41. So the answer to your question is no.

Do take the driveshaft from the donor car as suggested.
When I've done this swap on a few 140s, I have always pulled the drivetrain from bell housing to the input flange on the rear end of the donor.
This way I know that the parts will match up.
