Howdy,

I lift mine under the third member in back and under the engine cradle in front. If I must lift from the side, there is a junction (forward) where the frame rails meet up with a cross member, about a foot in from the sill. I lift there. I have seen a couple of other cars that I would not trust even that spot to lift. If you have to lift the rear from the side, use your judgment. Using the built-in jack points is flirting with disaster even on a car that "looks" solid.
