1987 volvo power door locks 200 1987

I upgraded a couple of months back my 1987 volvo with an OE but used power door lock set. It worked fine for a while until recently, the power lock motor/actuator has started to malfunctions. I have tried changing the motors bought from ebay, it works wonders for a while but eventually becomes a PITA!

Can anyone direct me where I can buy a brand new power door lock motor/actuator (made by Bosch) at a reasonable price. I would also like to know the part number of the actuator.
