Quick question - rust on the rockers below (not on) the drivers door. How scary on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being run away...)

Have a friend that has been bitten with the 122s bug and am looking at a car for him today.

My guess is that it is around a 7 due to the rot being much worse than what you first see and that it is so important to the car's structure.
