164 steering column 140-160

I don't think so. Even if they did, one would have to deal with the difference in ignition/steering lock mounting. I had the same issue on my '70 164 and I replaced the entire column. It really was not that difficult. I took a sharp hacksaw and sawed a blade screwdriver slot into the shear bolts large enough to fit my biggest screwdriver. This worked for one bolt, but the other one was too tight. I ended up taking a set of good vice grips to the exposed threads on the stuck bolt enough to loosen it, and then used the screwdriver "slot". I finished up with a tap on both bolt holes.
