760T Died, Won't Start, All Dash Lights On 700

Once again my 1990 760T and I got chauffered home by the tow truck guy. Went from running beautifully to dead in one fell swoop, like turning off the key. Have verified so far a) timing belt intact, b) plenty of fuel at the rail, and c) no spark. New within 3 months are plugs, wires, AMM, FPR, RPM sensor, cap and rotor, coil. But this time I'm noticing that when I try to start the car, all the dash idiot lights come on and stay on during the cranking (except the oil light which goes out. I don't think it's ever done this before, I don't remember seeing all of the idiot lights light up like a christmas tree, and I'm seeing some I didn't even know I had now. Does this ring any bells? Dead computer? Any thoughts, suggestions, or off colour remarks would be most appreciated, as always -
