coolant change job 900 1995

1995 965, 180k miles
I'm planning a cooling system job, and I want to be sure I have everything covered.

Coolant:
I'll use Volvo coolant, the cost increment between Volvo blue and Zerex is about $5 per jug; I'll spend the extra $10 for peace of mind.
question: the jugs of Volvo coolant is 100%? Or is it 50/50? I'm wondering how much I need to order. If it's 100%, 2 jugs should be OK? 5q of coolant, 5q of distilled = 9.5 litres for the total capacity?

When the system was drained for the oil cooler, they put green in. They did not tell me until after the fact, said "it's all the same" Other than replacing with Blue, is there any thing else to do about it now?

Parts:
the big hoses - engine <-> radiator
heater hoses
(oil cooler hoses were replaced with oil cooler about 25k miles ago)
Thermostat
Green cap
heater valve

anything else?

Any special quirks? Apparently one of the heater hoses has to be cut to accommodate the heater valve, and the plastic necks on the radiator can be fragile. Anything else?

many thanks,

Ted
