Installed new AMM, '88 240 still dies right after starting 200

I haven't replaced the oxygen sensor since I bought the car, so that could be faulty, but would a bad one make the car stall? I would think that the car would run but get poor fuel economy. It could also be the TPS, since it was a used one that was installed last summer. What is an ECT? I'm not familiar with that one. I guess I considered installing my spare ECU because that is a part that I already have and would not have to spend any more money to test it. Thanks, Paul
