Torque rod bushings FCP 200 1991

Has anyone ordered the Urethane torque rod bushings from FCP. I expected to receive 2 piece black Poly bushing with a steel sleeve bushing. Just like their picture shows. Possibly SuperPro out of Australia. What I got was a one piece bushings with inner and outer steel sleeves made in MTC made in India. Part number matches 12273622U. Is this correct? Has anyone had the same issue?
They did not return my email and when I called all i got was VM everywhere.

The Panhard Poly's came in correct.
