acquired a 544, 1960 444-544

I acquired a 1960 544 over the weekend, it has been off the road since mid 70's.
It has been in a garage since that time until recently when it was moved to another garage. It appears to be complete, minus a broken windsheild and drivers side door glass and glass cover on fuel bowl. It is being delivered on Monday and put into a garage, of my own. After my 122 project I am in no position to take on another project, financially and personally. But I couldn't pass this car up. So a couple of questions.

1.) Is a B-20 with a M-40 attached a direct swap? Or is there modification to the frame that needs to take place? I have a complete setup that I thought I may install, and put the B-16 away for now.

2.) It is a 6 volt system so does that mean I would need a new wiper motor, fan motor if I were to convert to 12? Or could I just install a resistor for these two items that drops it back to 6volts? I am not worried about the lighting and I assume the swiches can handle the 12 volts w/o any special attention.

I will post pics in next couple of days,
