ac part diagram, which part turns 200

This is the link to the ac part I was talking about in my last post. It's part (6) on the diagram:

To reiterate, I'm trying to find out which part of the connection, male or female, to hold stationary to loosen this part to replace "o" ring. I'm talking about the vertical connection right by the front of the car.
