Possible purchase 140-160 1975

Hello all. This is quite a different area for me to post. My past volvos have been post 2000. I am looking at maybe buying a 1975 164 E. Body and interior are in very good condition. It does not run right now. I asked the guy who is selling it if he knows why it doesn't run and he says it shouldn't be anything more than it has been sitting in his barn for 15 years. My questions to you guys are these. What should i look for on a 34 year old non running car? Also is there any issues with this specific model that I should look out for. I'm sure I will have more questions. I am excited just thinking about this car. It's beautiful.

Thank you in advance,
Ken
