Possible purchase 140-160 1975

It is very cheap. I think I can get him under $500. I think it is just an "old car" to him. My feeling is at that price I can get it and even if i can't get it running, a little bit of elbow grease and some wax I can clean it up and sell it for $1000 or more. I am pretty excited. I looke around online yesterday and it seems that parts are pretty available. Am I correct in that?

Thanks for the input

Ken
