940 turbo - What's it worth? 900 1995

I have an option on a '95 940 turbo wagon for my wife. I have never owned one as I am a 240 guy and can survive w/o A/C - she cannot. Please give me feedback on this.

This is a clean, garage-kept second owner car with working A/C. No issues with exterior and interior is okay w/ some stains on cloth seats (owner has small kids). The car has 209K miles on it, owner had long interstate commute for several years. He is asking $1995 and admitted room to dicker. I have appointment to meet him Wed. and would like to hear from you guys about this model in general and thoughts on asking price. Thanks!
