One of the front brake rotors is chewed up. Should I replace both? 900 1993

I was tracking down a noise in my front end and found that the inner surface of the right front rotor is chewed up by what appears to be a worn out brake pad. These rotors were replaced in '05 (40K miles ago) and new pads were installed at that time as well. Also at that time I needed to replace the left front caliper as it was frozen. Now the outer pads are not worn to the metal, but are close. I assume (and I will verify this soon) that the right caliper is now also frozen and has chewed up the rotor. My question is this. Do I need to replace both rotors or is it ok to replace just the chewed up one? Again, these rotors are only 40K miles old and on their first set of pads.

Also, suggestions of brand of rotor and perhaps caliper (rebuilt, I assume, as was the right one back in '05) would be greatly appreciated.
