Fuel not getting to fuel pump also master cylinder problem! 444-544

Ok so I have a 62 544 with a b20 and i still have not tried to get the flyweel and clutch broken, but am trying to get it started first. I had it started 2-3 months ago and was running ok and was working on tuning the carbs. So anyway I am not getting any fuel to my fuel pump and my in line fuel filter is bone dry. The things that i have tried is pumping the gas, crank and crank, use starter fluid to get the motor to turn over alittle. Also have filled the float bowls and ran good for a moment. Still not getting any fuel. Yes i have gas in the gas tank! Also the tank was coated with por-15 by me at least 10 years ago. So there so should not be any rust. Any suggestions?

Also my master cylinder is leaking. It is a smooth rubber boot with the resivor on the fire wall. Has anyone rebuilt one of these or do i need to buy a new one? If I need to buy a new one where can i get the best price?
