Thoughts on stuck rear drum 120-130

1. Kroil, and wait 24 hrs with the drum under tension.
2. Judicious application of heat (MAPP torch, oxy-acetylene torch), along with a good smack from a 10 lb. sledge at the crown of the drum with the drum being pulled on with the puller simultaneously..stand off to the side so you don't get collected when this thing comes loose, or put on a couple of stud nuts as preventer tackle.
3. Others may croak, but I'm a fan of a small amount of Never-seize when all the cleaned up stuff goes back together.
4. Good luck, and above all, don't hurt yourself on this brake job.
