How can I lower a 544? 444-544

Front springs are an unusual small diameter, so you won't have as much luck with 'creatively' sourcing them from hot rod parts catalogs.

I had a front spring breaks 7 or 8 years ago, and got a new pair from GCP.se. Installed them, and then the nose sat really high. I think the original springs, front and rear, had settled over the 40 years or so of holding the car up. I waited a few months for them to settle, and when they didn't, I cut about 3/4 of a coil off to get the car back down to where I like it. I've never messed with the rear springs.

As for shocks, KGTrimning in Sweden sells Bilsteins for both ends of the PV. I got some for the front of mine, but put some Fox body Mustang shocks on the rear because they were cheap and fit well, and they've worked fine for me.
