E-codes with fogs and parking light-only DRL's 900 1995

OK, I swapped out a full set of Euro-spec headlamps w/fogs and corners for my US headlamps w/o fogs. I still have DRL's of headlights, parkings lights, and taillights, as this car came equipped to do DRL's.

The Euro parking lights are QUITE bright, well more than enough to be a good DRL. I'd prefer not to have the headlights burning. I know all the arguments in favor of DRL's, but frankly, these corners are so bright, I don't need the headlamps, so if I can get just the parking lights to burn, it's a win-win.

I know you can get rid of DRL's entirely by swapping switches. Any way to convert them (with or without swapping switches) to ONLY parking lamp DRL's (and maybe taillights, if I really have to) ??? Is there a wire that can be cut that might do the trick ?
