1997 960 Nivomats 900

Hello All

Was trying to track down a brake probem on the 960, took of the rear wheel, and my 3 year old nivomat has oil all over the top of it.

Whats up with this? Is it normal to go through these 300 nivomats every 3 years, about 50K miles? Can they be rebuilt? Car has about 180K, the first set lasted the first 130K. I hope to drive this one well over 300K, and sure like the functionality of this wagon. I also really like the self leveling Nivomats, which I hate to give up. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Peter
