940 Electrical/ Headlights Issue - Can Not Figure it Out - Relay? Fuses?

Hey Guys - this 940 Turbo I bought over the weekend is giving me fits. Yesterday I installed an aftermarket radio and now today the headlights are not working. They worked when I 1st installed the stereo but sometime last night they quit. Well sort of. My wife said when she was driving home that if she pulled the Hi-Beam lever towards her the High lights worked but not the low. Today none of them work. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. I checked the headlamp bulbs and they are good. I also checked to make sure one of the wires from the radio wasnt shorting something out and it looks clean. My repair manual is so vague so I thought I would ask you guys. Is there a relay somewhere that could be bad. My fuse/relay panel is under the radio compartment near the ashtray. I obviously need to get this fixed by tonight - Help
