Alternator screams 900

Hey all, my wife's '95 945T (195K) has a screaming alternator. I thought it was the belt,changed both AC and alternator belts,still screaming. Sounds like the rear bearing. Where are the brushes? It's a 100A Bosch alternator with internal fan. Anybody ever lubed one for a temporary fix? No one has one in stock cheap. Best price so far is $150+ $80-$100 core.This car has been so much more trouble than my '94 944T with 227K!
