240 Instrument Cluster Wiring HELP (Similar to my Temp Board Post) 200

I now have an instrument cluster gone berserk. One of those do-it-yourself disasters. I proceeded with my intermittent temperature comp board removal (car running at 3/4 to just shy of the red zone). I noticed that I neglected to jump pins 1 and 3 thinking that was the problem. This morning I jump the pins solder the small wire and still the temp is reading 3/4. I will try the radiator cleaning next but now......

I have shifter arrow staying lit on ignition start, then when deactivated shuts down both the fuel guage and temp gage. The tach is now not working and the alternator light stays on. Gets brighter when the shift arrow is deactivated and the guages go down to zero. Hmmmmmmmmm

I do not see any blown fuses but what happened? I removed the newly soldered jumper wire and still no improvement on the problems outlined above.
