I think I need a fuel press. Regulator 700

Hello

I am new to this site but I think since my wife has a 94 850 wagon and I just picked up a 90 740 sedan I might fit in here.

My question is with the 740. Check engine light came on and Idle was hunting and steady around 1200. Pulled codes and had 113, 214, and 234. I cleaned the Throttle body and reset the stop and adjusted the switch. It idles fine most of the time, but real sluggish low rpm especially when cold. Engine light came back on but only have 113. Cleaned grounds and it still reset code. I took the vac hose of the regulaor and fuel spilled out. I started it up with the hose off and it is dropping fuel out of the nipple. I have never seen this before. Should I buy a new press regulator?

I just thought I should check here before I spend any money.

Thanks
Mike
