The procedure is almost identical to the 240. You can find 240 manuals at k-jet.org. This will give you a mental picture. Then, use the 700/900 FAQ for the 740 specifics.

Hint: take pictures or notes on how the strut mount, bearing, washers, etc come off the strut. :-)
