Fuse 16? Panel part#? 900 1992

Hi All
Blower Fan suddenly crapped out. In reading FAQ's it appears likely fuse#16 is the likely culprit(havent even opened it up yet). Assuming I do need to replace the "fuse panel", is the correct part number 1307160? I called my local Volvo dealership and he said the part number comes up as a "nine pin pad"...same thing? At 3$ US seems wayyyyy to cheap!

PS PO just replaced the blower itself 20k miles ago and it died with no squealing beforehand.
