940 Power Seat Motors Shot? 900 1993

OK, I've been studying the faq, etc. Trying to get the power seat to work. I only have foreward and aft movement. I thought that the circuit board needed some resoldering, but once I got it out, I realized that pushing any of the switches caused the relay to click. So, relay clicking means switches are OK, correct? And if switches are OK, one or 2 motors is not working, correct? Which means the seat needs to come out or can this be fixed while still in the car? Any other possibkities on this seat issue? Any input appreciated, thanks in advance.

Mike
